Effective 18 August 2026 · Version v2026.08.18
This page explains how refunds work at Red Heroz Corp. In short: if you bought The Unshakeable Mind and want your money back within 30 days, email hello@redheroz.com and you get every dollar back.
The 30-day guarantee on The Unshakeable Mind
Our sales page says it plainly, and this policy says the same thing:
A 30-day, no-questions guarantee. Do Module 1 and try the exercises. If your mind isn't steadier, email us for a full refund — no questions, no hoops, no forms.
Two things the ad leaves unsaid, and both are settled here in your favour:
- Module 1 is a suggestion, not a condition. We'd suggest doing Module 1 first, because that's where most of the useful part starts. But you don't have to. You don't have to open the course at all. We don't check your progress before refunding you, and we don't ask you to prove anything.
- You don't need a reason. The trigger is "for any reason, or no reason". If we only refunded people whose minds weren't steadier, we'd have to ask questions to decide — and we promised not to ask questions. Changed your mind, bought it by accident, didn't like the writing, no reason at all: same answer.
There is nothing you can do inside the course that costs you the refund. Watch every lesson, take every quiz, download the capstone plan, generate your certificate — you can still ask for your money back within the window.
The window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase — the date Stripe took the payment, which is the date on your receipt. Not from the date you first log in, not from the date you finish a module. If you email us on day 30, you're in time.
How to ask
- Email hello@redheroz.com from the email address you used at checkout. That's the whole process. If you can't email from that address, write from any address and tell us which one you bought with.
- You don't need an order number, a reason, or a screenshot. If you have the Stripe receipt handy it makes the match faster, but it isn't required.
- We aim to process refunds within 5 business days of your email. Once we send it, your bank or card issuer usually takes a further 5–10 days to show the money back on your statement — that part is out of our hands.
- The refund goes back to the original payment method, in the original currency, for the full amount you paid. Nothing is deducted.
Refunds are issued by hand, by a real person. If you haven't heard from us in a few days, email again — it means something went to spam, not that you were turned down.
What happens to your course access
Be aware of this before you ask, so nothing surprises you:
A refund ends your access to The Unshakeable Mind. When the refund goes through, our system automatically marks the order refunded, revokes your entitlement, and removes your enrollment in the Learning Center at learn.redheroz.com. Anything you already downloaded — the capstone plan, your certificate — stays yours. Your student account itself stays in place unless you ask us to remove it.
This is the trade: you keep the money, we keep the course. If you'd like a copy of anything you personally wrote or downloaded, save it before you email us.
If something is inaccessible to you
If a disability or an assistive technology stops you using the course, and we can't find a way to get you the content in a form that works, we will refund you — whether or not the 30 days have run. Email hello@redheroz.com and tell us what happened. See the Accessibility Statement for what we can usually do instead, which is often faster than a refund.
Red Heroz Corp Tee and other physical goods
The 30-day guarantee above covers the course. Physical goods work differently, so read this separately.
The Red Heroz Corp Tee ($35) is listed on redheroz.com but is not currently available for purchase — there's no stock, and checkout for it is not live.
When it does go on sale, the returns terms for it — how long you have, what condition the item needs to be in, who pays return shipping, and how long a refund takes — will be stated on the product page before you buy, so you can read them at the point of purchase rather than hunting for them afterwards.
Two things you can rely on for any physical order, whenever that starts:
- We'll ship within the time we state on the product page, or within 30 days of your order if we state no time.
- If we can't meet that, we'll email you, tell you the new date, and offer you a full refund instead. You don't have to accept a delay.
Repeated buying and refunding
One narrow limit, and it's about abuse rather than about you being unhappy: repeated cycles of buying a product and then refunding it may result in us declining future sales to that buyer. The refund on the purchase already made is still honoured. This doesn't affect anyone asking for a refund in the ordinary way, including a second purchase after a genuine change of heart.
Chargebacks
Please email us before you open a dispute with your bank. We'd rather just refund you.
- A refund from us is usually faster than a card dispute, which can take your bank weeks to resolve.
- A successful dispute ends your course access the same way a refund does.
- If you've already opened a dispute, tell us — we'll work with it rather than against it.
We'd rather refund you than argue with you over $59.
Which version applies
The version of this policy in effect on the date you bought governs your purchase. If we change this policy later, the change applies to purchases made after the change — it can't reach back and narrow what you were promised when you paid. Each version carries the effective date and version number at the top of this page.
For the terms covering your purchase generally, see the Terms of Service. For what we do with your information, see the Privacy Policy. For what the course is and isn't, see the Disclaimer.
